The Triangle of Trust…

There are just 3 key ingredients to every successful product launch. – Authority – Credibility – Likeability

You must have all three.

Authority is worthless if your audience do not see you as credible and hate your guts – North African heads of state please take note –

Credibility is of no use if your people do not perceive you as friendly and approachable – They will not join your launch conversation –

Being fun and friendly is great – You will have lots of friends – but that does not mean that you are credible or have the ability to speak with authority

You need all three to have a successful product launch. Make no mistake.

So what is the quickest and easiest way to achieve this nirvana…

  1. Know what makes your audience tick
  2. Empathize using the language that they use
  3. Associate with known authorities
  4. Track Record
  5. Proof

That’s just five ideas to get you thinking. There are plenty of others.
