Well, lets get something straight right out of the box.  Everyone is a mixture of all three but one type is dominant.


The Deal Maker is a networker and pitch presenter. He can look a client in the eye in the same way that a sheep-dog can a sheep. He can establish the all important ground rules. He can ensure that the client not only understands how the launch will run but who will run it. A vital task in any successful product launch.


The Creative Genius is the ace marketer and copywriter who comes up with the game changing hooks and lines just like a fly fisherman casting his lure on the river. He draws his prospects together to form a community of raving fans. He has the market in the palm of his hand. He understands the psychological triggers and can play them like a Stradivarius. He is the heart and soul of the launch around whom everyone else revolves.


The Team Manager is the strategist, the forward planner and the launch team coordinator just like a chef. Afrer all, I trained at the Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts in Paris so I know my way round a busy kitchen.
